BOOKING:
- Email us with your name, preferred dates and any other relevant details.
- On receipt we will send a price for the works requested.

- Quince Studios rates are charged at an hourly cost.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

- For any bookings we need a 3 hour deposit to secure a date or some contact details.
- This deposit is non refundable if you decide to cancel your booking and we require full payment on short notice cancellations (72hrs).

- Quince will not release any audio recordings until all oustanding balances are paid in full.

PROJECT BACKUPS:
- Quince Studios do Back Ups but for your own safety we fully recommend you to regulary request back ups to be made of your project.
- Quince Studios are not responsible for any loss of data due to hard disk crashes.
